Due to several requests, we have extended the deadline for abstracts by one week until 21 April.

Please note that the deadline for submitting abstracts is 14 April 2024. We look forward to receiving your submissions (oral or poster) which will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts, which will be available online and in printed form at the conference.

We would like to inform all participants of an important update regarding the payment process for conference fees. Participants are now required to use the following reference when making payments: Reference: 60001437. For those who have already initiated payments using the previous reference, rest assured that your transactions will be duly processed.

Registration is now open and possible until June 16, 2024. Submission of Abstracts is possible until April 14, 2024. The conference fee is 300 € for early registration until February 25, 2024 and 350 € for later registrations. The conference fee will cover costs for all transfers, drinks and lunch during the conference, the dinner on Monday and a conference dinner on Friday. Undergraduates presenting their work during the conference and participants from lower-income countries can apply for a travel grant. An application form will be sent on request.
