Registration fees have to be paid by bank transfer.

Thursday field trip info:
The field visit on Thursday will involve a walk of about 5 km in the morning and 1 km in the afternoon in a hilly landscape and on walking paths that can be rough and muddy.
If you are unable to do this, please indicate this in the registration form (under mid-conference excursion) so we can see if we can arrange transport.

Abstract: a maximum of 250 words (without title and authors) + 5 keywords

TRAVEL GRANT

The organizing committee is still busy fundraising and hence doesn't know the amount of money available for travel grants yet.
Travel grants will be given on basis of submitted abstracts from participants evaluated by the scientific committee.
The committee will take into consideration the aim of having a wide geographical representation of high quality presentations.
The grants are intended for cases of real hardship and will be based on a reimbursement method. The travel grant request is included in the registration form.

TALK AND POSTER GUIDELINES

Guidelines for talks

An oral contribution is expected to last a maximum of 15 minutes and will be followed by 5 minutes of discussion.
Please check the programme for details of your session and time (soon available).
Powerpoint files (Windows compatible only) or PDF (preferred) and other audiovisual files should be on a USB device so that it can be copied onto the congress computer in the break preceding your session or 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session at the latest. Video material should be embedded in the powerpoint presentation.
In the latter case, please copy the presentation into the appropriate session folder on the desktop of the computer (that will be available in your session room) in the break immediately preceding the start of your session.
Should you wish to run through your PowerPoint-presentation in the aula/session room beforehand please also do so in the break immediately before the start of the session.

Guidelines for posters

Size Please keep a maximum poster size (A0 format) - 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height).
Putting up and taking down posters Posters can be hung on Monday while the registration desk is open. Posters must be taken down ultimately on the last day of the conference.

We will have two poster sessions (Tuesday and Friday)
